Tom founded LEADERS in 1987 with one main goal: to be the premier customer-focused (client & candidate) placement firm in the country.  Graduating West Point in '79, Airborne and Ranger Schools in '77 & '78, he served as an Infantry line, then mortars platoon leader, general's aide, company commander and division new equipment fielding officer. Tom left the Army to join TENNECO and quickly became employment manager for one of their divisions, which was eventually sold.  Rather than moving to corporate HQ or staying on with the buying company, Tom launched LEADERS and has been happy ever since.
